- A child should be 2 years and 10 months for nursery (Play Home) as on 31st May of the year.
- A child should be 3 years and 10 months for LKG as on 31st May of the year.
- Only those who have completed 5 years 10 months on May 31st are eligible for admission into standard I.
- Application must be accompanied with an Original Birth Certificate, issued by the revenue authority or corporation authority in caseof Nursery. K.G. & I Standard. Two recent passport size photo copies of the candidate to be attached.
- In case of higher classes i. e. II – X Standard, no admission is complete until the Transfer certificate from the recognized school
last atte nded is produced and duly counter signed by the concerned Block Educational Officer.
- Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person, by parent or guardian who will stand responsible for his / her conduct, studies & payment of Fee.
- All admissions are decided by the board constituted for the purpose. The management reserves the right of admission.
- Admission to Standard I and VIII are fresh admissions hence admission fee will be charged.
Rules & Discipline:
- Pupils must be present at the school at least 10 minutes before the first bell.
- Cleanliness, neatness, in dress, refinement of manners and punctuality are expected from pupils at all the times.
- No books (other than text books and library books) should be brought to school without the principal’s permissions. Mails addressed to the students are subjected to inspection by the school authorities.
- A school is not responsible for articles lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles like expensive watches. Fountain pens, Jewellery etc., to the school, Tiffin boxes, sweaters etc., should bear the pupils name.
- The school reserves the right to dismiss pupils whose diligence or progress in study is consistently unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to others or whose guardians show little interest in the progress of the ward.
- The school diary should be brought to school every day. Parents should carefully go through the diary and sign the remarks.
- All entries of absence, late coming, etc., should be made in the diary and not on sheets of paper.
- Parents, guardians or other persons are not allowed to speak to the students or their teachers during class hours without the permission of the Headmistress / Principal.
- Appointments may be made before hand for an interview during a teacher’s free period with the approval of the principal.
- Visitors are not allowed to interview the teachers in their respective class rooms during teaching hours. They may do so out of class., with prior appointment.
- Parents are requested to make complaints if any to the principal directly and not to the teacher concerned.
- No pupil will be called to answer phone calls during the class hours without the permissions of the headmistress.
- No child will be allowed to go home during school hours.
- No child will be excused from games, drill etc., unless a medical certificate is produced. Students must not remain in the class room but should be on the playground in the place prescribed for them on such occasion.
- No sale of any kind, no collection for any purpose whatsoever is to be carried out without the permission of the headmistress.
- No students will be allowed to go to their friends, relatives place from the school, without the principal’s permission.
- All correspondence addressed to the school subject to scrutiny by the principal.
- No student suffering from contagious or infectious disease shall be permitted to attend school.
